Support Hours:
- Normal support is available Monday - Friday from 7am to 5pm PST, excluding holidays.
- After hours support is available by contract
for qualified users and is charged
at the published rates in effect at the time such support is provided.
- Emergency after hours support is generally available on a 24-hour basis and is charged
at the published rates in effect at the time such support is provided.
- On-demand support is available on an hourly basis to both qualified users and those
who have allowed their basic support to expire. On-demand support is billed per
hour, or fraction thereof, based upon the published rate(s) in effect at the time
such support is provided. Expired versions are supported at extra cost.
